Finalmente dopo anni la Trattoria Anselmi ha riaperto le porte ai clienti! Una coppia con la passione della cucina ha preso in mano le redini del locale proponendo specialità tipiche trentine e romane! Pane e pasta sono fatte a mano e sono veramente fenomenali! Tutti i piatti squisiti in porzioni abbondanti con prezzi corretti. Anche l’ambiente è molto accogliente con le sue sale da pranzo molto tipiche! Davide e Mary, i proprietari, sono gentilissimi e molto professionali! Un’esperienza da provare!

Gestori simpatici, gentili ed estremamente amichevoli. Piatti ottimi e abbondanti. I tonnarelli sono freschi, fatti a mano ogni giorno, e la coda alla vaccinara è praticamente burro. Raccomando anche gli gnocchi alla fonduta di pecorino e tartufo fresco. Qualità/prezzo e quantità/prezzo nettamente positivi.
Ottima trattoria di tipo abruzzese romano. Piatti ottimi! Il personale è gentile e il servizio veloce. Lo consiglio caldamente! Una cacio e pepe fantastica! Per non parlare della melanzana alla parmigiana. Tutto fatto da loro...anche il pane!

This place is absolutely magical. We were driving past it and I cannot even remember why we decided to stop, but oh boy, did we make the right choice. The pasta is absolutely unforgettable, probably the best carbonara and cacio e pepe I've ever tried. The second courses all stand out. We tried the oxtail and it literally melted in the mouth. And to top this up, they make you feel at home, with the chef coming out to you to recommend his specials. This is truly a unique experience.
Una piacevole scoperta! Siamo andati su consiglio di un ragazzo del posto. I proprietari, persone piacevoli di origine Abruzzese e Romana, ci hanno coinvolto subito parlandoci del loro progetto e di come si sono inseriti con le loro tradizione culinarie in quella Trentina. Tutte le paste sono fatte rigorosamente fresche e a mano, come le tagliatelle di ragù di Cervo, molto delicato al palato e gli gnocchi con funghi, speck croccante! Di secondo ci siamo fatti ingolosire da un piatto tipico Romano, coda alla Vaccinara accompagnata da una fantastica scarpetta di pane prodotto da loro, che dire, fai un morso, chiudi gli occhi e sei catapultato a Roma! Il ristorante che vorremmo sotto casa, complimenti!
